The installation for the BMW E60 M Tech Hamann Style Front Lip Spoiler is probably one of the most simple. All you need is 8 self taping screws, access to a lift or a floor jack, a drill, drill bits, and a helping hand. First things first is to test fit the lip spoiler to make sire it is a tight fit. On the bottom of the lip spoiler there are pre-stamped areas were you need to drill out using a 1/2″ drill bit. Be careful as the spoiler is hollow and you do not want to drill through the other side. Once all 8 holes are drilled then using a slightly smaller drill bit then the screws you are using to start a hole where you want the screws to go. Place the Hamann Style Lip Spoiler on the bumper and wiggle it into position. Once it is in place use some masking tape to hold it into place or ask your helping hand to hold it for you. Grab your drill and start drilling the self taping screws into the lip and bumper. Install one on each side first but no not tighten them until all screws are installed. Once all screws are in and tight do your final adjusting and enjoy 🙂
